Top of Twillingate Trail
Part boardwalk, part woods trail. A climb to the top of the hill provides a view of the entire island of Twillingate. It's a remarkable nature walk and bird watching area.
A perfect uphill hike to the "Top of Twillingate."
  • dry trail with some up hill areas
  • lookout platforms at various areas
  • 18 1/2ft. tower at the top of trail
  • top of trail 327ft. above sea level
  • new boardwalk around "low mist pond"
  • new community flower garden
  • tiolet facilities near trails' cabin
  • in summer season,students work on trail
  • canteen will be open at cabin when students working
  • walking time approx. 1 -11/2 hours.
